These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 799ph platform and all services provided through it. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering with 799ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
All players must be at least 21 years old and physically located in the Philippines to use 799ph. Government-issued ID verification is mandatory before any real-money activity is permitted under PAGCOR regulations.
799ph operates under a valid PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) license. All games, payment operations, and promotional activities are conducted within the regulatory framework set by PAGCOR.
One account per person. Player funds are held in segregated accounts. GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are accepted. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification and these Terms.
All RNG-powered games at 799ph use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are broadcast from licensed casino studios. Published RTPs are accurate and not modified by 799ph.
799ph is committed to responsible gaming. Deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools are available to all account holders. Players exhibiting signs of problem gambling will be referred to appropriate support resources.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

By accessing 799ph or creating a Player Account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 799ph platform and must not create or attempt to create an account.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 799ph under Philippine law. Players who are residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use this platform, regardless of their physical location at the time of access.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use a 799ph account. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR's online gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. 799ph conducts mandatory age verification using government-issued Philippine identification documents. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and all funds within such account may be withheld pending investigation.
The Services are intended exclusively for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are accessing 799ph from within Philippine territory. Players must not use VPNs, proxy servers, or any other technology to disguise their actual geographic location.
You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You must not be prohibited from gambling under any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or other legal restriction.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of 799ph and its affiliates, technology partners, and game providers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on 799ph. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, date of birth, mobile phone number registered in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
Before any real-money deposits, withdrawals, or wagering activity is permitted, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (acceptable documents include PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, and Philippine Passport) together with a live selfie photograph. 799ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.
Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without notice and forfeiture of all associated funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 799ph will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel.
You must notify 799ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. 799ph is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security measures or have shared your credentials with a third party.
799ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All accepted payment methods are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider in addition to these Terms.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos) per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 799ph wallet balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are credited within one (1) to two (2) hours during standard banking hours. 799ph does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
All transactions on 799ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 799ph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency transactions processed through payment gateways will be converted at the applicable exchange rate determined by your payment provider, at your risk and cost.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are prohibited. Any such deposits may be reversed, and associated winnings may be voided.
Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section of your account. VIP tier holders may be subject to enhanced withdrawal limits.
Under normal operating conditions, withdrawal requests are processed as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within approximately fifteen (15) minutes of approval; BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfers within one (1) to two (2) hours during standard business hours, and within one (1) business day during weekends and public holidays. 799ph does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals.
799ph reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests for the purpose of identity verification, fraud prevention, or anti-money laundering review. Players will be notified of any such holds and provided with instructions for any additional documentation required to release the hold.
Real-money deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be processed. This requirement is in place to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as detailed in Section 8.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 799ph are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods that are clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms. General bonus eligibility requires a verified account in good standing. Bonus funds must be played through the stated wagering requirement before any winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn as cash.
Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount. Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. The applicable contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the promotion-specific terms.
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, or exploiting technical errors — is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
799ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active promotions will not adversely affect the terms applicable to bonuses already credited and under wagering by the player at the time of the change.
All games available on 799ph are governed by the rules published for each individual game within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay.
All RNG-powered games (including slot machines, RNG table games, and virtual games) use certified random number generators that have been independently audited and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are accurate and have not been modified by 799ph from the values certified by the original game developer.
All live dealer games are broadcast from licensed casino studio facilities. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by real physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) handled by professional dealers in real time. 799ph has no ability to influence or modify live game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 799ph and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
799ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: a player has breached these Terms; a player's account is subject to an ongoing investigation for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; a player is located in a restricted jurisdiction; or the security or integrity of the platform is threatened.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 799ph support. Account closure will not affect any outstanding wagering obligations, pending withdrawal requests, or the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after all active wagering obligations are settled, subject to identity verification and compliance checks.
Players who wish to self-exclude from gambling at 799ph for responsible gaming reasons may do so at any time through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be permitted to re-register. See Section 12 for more details.

All content on the 799ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface designs, audio-visual elements, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 799ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content; use 799ph's brand names, trademarks, or logos without prior written permission; screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract platform data; or reverse-engineer any platform software or game code.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 799ph's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
799ph shall not be liable for: any interruption, suspension, or termination of Services resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control; any technical malfunctions in third-party payment systems; any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or losses arising from a player's failure to comply with responsible gaming practices.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by 799ph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
In brief, 799ph collects personal data including identification documents, contact details, financial transaction data, and gameplay activity records for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, and improving the platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained in accordance with Philippine data privacy laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
799ph reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification or, where feasible, by email to the registered address. The revised Terms will bear a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect player rights, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of 799ph following the posting of any amendment constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 799ph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You expressly waive any right to bring class action, collective, or representative claims against 799ph.
